Custom production time
Motorce custom suits, jackets and pants are made to order. Production takes approximately 4–6 weeks after your measurements, design and final specifications are approved.

Delivery
Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. International delivery is available where offered at checkout; any import duties or taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

Custom returns
Because these products are made to your measurements and specifications, change-of-mind cancellations are not available once production has commenced. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

How do measurements work?
You can follow our guided made-to-measure form or book a fitting in Welshpool. We’ll review your measurements before production begins.

When does production start?
Only after your measurements, colours, logos and final design have been confirmed and approved.

Can I change my design?
Changes can be discussed before final approval. Once production has commenced, changes may no longer be possible.

Do you ship outside Australia?
International shipping is available where offered at checkout.

What if there is a problem with my order?
