At Motorcycle Bazaar, we take pride in crafting high-quality, bespoke motorcycle leathers. Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please read the details below carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on bespoke or personalized motorcycle leathers. Each piece is made to order, ensuring a perfect fit and unique design tailored to your needs.
However, we accept returns for:
- Manufacturing defects or errors in workmanship.
- Items that arrive damaged (must be reported within 7 days of delivery).
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@motorcyclebazaar with your order number and images of the issue.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- The product is found to have a verified defect.
- The item received is different from what was ordered.
If your refund request is approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Exchanges & Adjustments
If your custom leathers do not fit as expected, we offer adjustments and/or replacement rather than returns. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss possible alterations.
4. Order Cancellations
Custom orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and cancellations will not be accepted.
